All prices are in Euro and including danish vat of 25%, unless otherwise stated.
Payment:
CCDK accepts payment by Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, JCB, China UnionPay, American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account, on dispatch of the goods. CCDK Webshop encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means, that unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during transaction trough PBS.

Delivery:
CCDK will deliver to you within 2-8 weekdays. We take the liberty of sold out goods and delayed delivery time from CCDK.
Defect Items:
As a customer you have the right to return items with manufacturing defect. Items will be accepted if the goods are sold and delivered with defects that appears, within a period of 2 years. The defect items must be due to material or manufacturing defects.
Cancellation and returns:
As a costumer you have 14 days to regret your purchase, when purchasing goods by phone or by internet. If you regret your purchase in full, CCDK Webshop will return the amount of the goods and delivery cost.

Please be noted we do not accept parcels returned by cash on delivery (COD).
On returning defect items please state clearly the reason, this will enhance the process. The parcel must contain a copy of the invoice/order confirmation. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt that the parcel has been received to CCDK.
